Calculation:<\/em>
The indicator measures specific legal enablers and barriers for the section on maternity care, with 0% being the lowest value and 100% being the most optimal value. The value for the section is calculated as the arithmetic mean of its constituent component data (maternity care, life-saving commodities, abortion, and post-abortion care).
